However his key expertise lies in turning around sick units into viable industries by adopting latest technology and with his immense knowledge of the field including into resolution with his in-depth understanding of law, DRT, BIFR and other expertise into corporate law including SARFESI. Mr. Navin Bhandari is a co-founder of the company and spearheads some of the Company’s most strategic businesses including portfolio management, technical analysis and much more. With quintessential knowledge of finance and qualified insight into cost account has made him an imperative contributor and consultant of Renaissance. Being a registered SB on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) he brings significant and varied experience of about 15 years and expertise on client relationships to Renaissance. He also manages equity trading and portfolio management.Under his skillful management, the company has combined growth oriented entrepreneurship with a strong focus on risk. Mr. Vijay Mehta is qualified CA having vast experience in audit and tax related issues specially intricacies of income tax. He has been the backbone of the company who has been there since the inception of company. Mr. Mehta is in charge of audit and ax division and also looks after entire Rajasthan operation. He is the ace accountant who is commander~in~chief that strategizes account /audit and tax services for company’s most prestigious accounts. Ms. Vyas is working with renaissance as a AVP and handling/assisting in various projects of the company successfully. With about three years’ experience in the sector of investment banking, she is actually the young blood of the company who keeps pumping new steam into this mammoth engine. She is a well qualified having prestigious degree of CFA from ICFAI University, Hyderabad.She handles overall planning, execution and finalization on any business deal as well as its structuring part.
